DEFINITIONS:
- - 'Vehicle' shall mean any
vehicle / cab / taxi to be provided to the Customer for performance of the
Services.
- '- BCabs'
shall hereinafter individually and collectively mean BTransport
Solutions Private Limited. This expression includes the Employees,
Authorized Representatives, Customer Care Executives or Representatives,
Agents, etc.
- - 'You' or 'Your' shall mean any person availing the Services
provided by BCabs.
Use of the Website/Service
As a condition of your use of our website/service, you warrant that:

a. you are over 18 years old

b. you can create and uphold a legal obligation

c. you will use this Website/Service in accordance
with this Agreement
4.
d. you will only use this Website to make legitimate travel/taxi
reservation for you or for another person who is at least 18 years of age and
for whom you are legally authorized to act

e. all information supplied by you on this Website or
to our call center or on our Whatsapp
is true, accurate, current and complete
We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to
this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason,
including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.
Prohibited Activities
The Website (including, but not limited to, price and availability of
travel/taxi services), as well as the infrastructure used to provide such
content and information, is proprietary. While limited copies of your itinerary
may be made for travel or services booked through this Website, you agree not
to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce,
publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell or re-sell any
information, software, products, or services obtained from or through this
Website/E-mail/Whatsapp.
You understand that any violations of this clause may result in the
cancellation of your reservation(s), in being denied access to the applicable
travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such
reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur
because of these violation(s).
Payment Policy
We accept online payments on this Website. You warrant that you are the
cardholder for all online payments made using credit/debit cards, and that your
identification (Cardholder ID) matches that of the purchasing credit/debit
card. You also agree to supply proof of Cardholder ID upon request at any time
within six months of your purchase. Any violation of this policy may result in
the cancellation of your reservation(s), in a refusal of access to applicable
travel products or services, in forfeiting any monies paid for such
reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur for
violation(s).

All change or cancellation requests for any services purchased or booked

Our cancellation and refund policy is as below:
For Taxi Services: No
cancellation charges if cancelled at least 6 hours prior to the pickup time. For
multi day packages, the fare for the first day will be charged if cancelled
less than 6 hours before scheduled pick up time.
For Tour Packages & Other Bookings:
Stage 1: 30 Days or more before Check-In/Arrival Date: Rs.1,900/- would
be retained.
Stage 2: 29 Days to 15 days before Check-In/Arrival Date: 25% of the
total cost would be retained.
Stage 3: Within 14 Days of Check-In/Arrival Date: 50% of the total cost
would be retained.
Refund: The refund amount as per the above cancellation policy shall be
processed within 15 days.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds will be processed in 15 working days and will be made
in the same mode of payment made. Refunds to credit, debit cards or bank
accounts may take up to a further 7 working days to appear on your account
depending on the card or bank. Some payment cards and accounts may take more
days as per the concerned bank's policies, thereafter to display the credited
amount.
Business Partners,
Rules and Restrictions
You agree to inform BCabs of any circumstance
or condition in which you or any person on whose behalf you are making a
reservation may need special assistance for passengers of reduced mobility
prior to your purchase. Any complaints regarding a supplier should be brought
to the attention of the supplier immediately, and the same should be
communicated to us in writing within thirty days thereafter. After this time
period, BCabs will not entertain any such complaints.
Travel Destinations
Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. BCabs urges passengers to review travel prohibitions,
warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the government prior to
booking.
Liability Disclaimer
The content published on this website may include inaccuracies or errors
(including pricing errors). In particular, BCabs and
its affiliated, co-branded and/or linked website partners through whom we
provide service (Collectively, "BCabs
affiliates") do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability
for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and description
of the hotel, air, cruise, car and other travel products displayed on this
website (including, without limitation, the pricing, photographs, list of hotel
amenities, general product descriptions, etc.), much of which information is
provided by the respective suppliers. Prices are not valid until purchased, and
in addition, BCabs expressly reserves the right to
correct any pricing errors on our website and/or on pending reservations made
under an incorrect price. In such event, we will offer you the opportunity to
keep your pending reservation at the correct price or, at your option, we will
cancel your reservation without penalty.
You are fully responsible for ascertaining and obtaining the documents required
for your entire trip, including, but not limited to emigration letters,
passports and visas as necessary.
Hotel ratings displayed on this website are intended as only general
guidelines, and the BCabs affiliates do not guarantee
the accuracy of the ratings. The BCabs affiliates and
their respective suppliers make no guarantees about the availability of
specific products and services. The BCabs affiliates
and their respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes on this
website at any time.
The BCabs affiliates, and their respective suppliers
make no representations about the suitability of the information, software,
products, and services contained on this website for any purpose, and the
inclusion or offering of any products or services on this website does not
constitute any endorsement or recommendation of such products or services by
the the BCabs affiliates.
All such information, software, products, and services are provided "as
is" without warranty of any kind. The BCabs

respective suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental,

greater of (a) the transaction fees assessed for your transactions on this
Website, or (b) Four-Hundred Indian rupees (INR 400.00).
The limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk between the
parties. The limitations specified in this section will survive and apply even
if any limited remedy specified in these terms is found to have failed of its
essential purpose. The limitations of liability provided in these terms inure
to the benefit of the BCabs Affiliates, and/or their
respective suppliers.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify the BCabs
Affiliates, and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers,
directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action,
demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or
expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal
and accounting fees brought by third parties because of:
your breach of this Agreement or the documents referenced herein;
your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
your use of this Website.
